Updated March 16, 2020:

All Book-It touring shows have been suspended until further notice. If your school or site was scheduled to receive a performance of Crown: An Ode to the Fresh Cut or Possum Magic, our Tour Manager, Jordi Montes, will contact you about rescheduling a new date once schools re-open. If you have any questions, please contact us at education@book-it.org.

As of now, we have no plans to cancel our upcoming mainstage performances. We do want to assure you that Book-It is closely monitoring the news, public health, and school district updates about the coronavirus. Our first priority, always, is the health and safety of our employees, our patrons, and our community.

At this time, we are focusing on preparedness and keeping our operations business as usual while we work with Seattle Center to implement various measures to prevent the spread of the coronavirus in our spaces. A few steps we are taking: All staff members are being encouraged to work from home or use their paid sick leave if they feel unwell. We, also, encourage patrons to stay home if they feel unwell; click here for our Ticket Exchange Policy. We are increasing the frequency of our cleaning procedures. Our leadership team will continue to actively monitor the recommendations from the CDC and WHO and implement best-practices accordingly.

We understand that this is a dynamic, quickly changing situation. We will communicate clearly and directly about our plans to bring you the highest quality theatre in the safest possible environment.

If you have any questions regarding mainstage performances, please email us at info@book-it.org.

If you have any questions regarding touring performances, please email us at education@book-it.org.

Thank you for your continued support, and we look forward to seeing you at the theatre!
