Touring July 17-August 17

After a successful tour in fall of 2017, Ada’s Violin will be going on tour this summer!

An extraordinary true tale of the Recycled Orchestra of Paraguay, an orchestra made up of children playing instruments built from recycled trash. Ada Ríos dreams of playing the violin, but only until a music teacher named Favio Chávez arrives does she fulfill her dreams.

In an effort to continue serving our diverse audience, this production will be performed bilingually in Spanish and English.

Themes: class status, family dynamics, recycling and sustainable lifestyle, music, community

Performance Cost: $675
