Coronavirus Update March 11, 2020:
The health and well-being of the Book-It’s patrons, staff, and volunteers is our top priority.
Governor Inslee has stated that further measures may be instituted to proactively slow the spread of COVID-19 in our community, and Book-It wants to ensure we are following best practices regarding community safety.
As a result, Book-It has made the difficult decision to reschedule our 30th Anniversary Gala: Big Wig Blowout on Saturday, March 21 to Saturday, June 13th. If you purchased a ticket for March 21, you will be contacted by email, and your ticket will be automatically forwarded to our June 13th event.
Book-It is particularly grateful for all the support we have received from you, our community, in making the decision to reschedule our Gala. Thank you. If you have questions about our event, please email Director of Development Jeannine Clarke, at email@example.com
Join us at Belltown’s chic Block 41 for a fantastic evening of dinner and drinks as we honor Book-It’s 30 years of work and our Big Wigs who made it possible. Books-It’s Big Wig Blowout will feature a live auction, Raise-the-Paddle, raffle, and more in support of all Book-It’s work on the stage and in the community. The event will feature performances by Justin Huertas, auctioneering by David Silverman, and an after-party featuring the dance-tastic music of the ABBAgraphs.
