Inclement Weather
In the event of extreme inclement weather, Book-It shows will go on as scheduled unless Interstate 5 is closed, or city buildings (such as the Seattle Center Armory) are officially closed. Any performance cancellations will be noted on our website’s home page and on our Facebook, Instagram and Twitter pages. Additionally, patrons whose emails are on file with us will receive notice of cancellations via email, and we will make our best effort to reach all other patrons who may be affected by such closures or cancellations by telephone.

For best Book-It service, we ask that patrons make sure Book-It has a current email address on file. We will not trade your email address with any other organizations.

Late Seating
Please plan to arrive at least 15 minutes before the performance. Late seating is not guaranteed and is done at the discretion of the house manager.

Should we be able to seat you late, we will ask you to sit in our late seating section. You may be able to take your ticketed seat after intermission. When you are seated in late seating, please move all the way down the row, so we may accommodate others, if necessary. If no late seats are available, we will ask you to watch the performance from the lobby and take your ticketed seat after intermission. If you know someone in your party is going to be late, leave their ticket at the box office to pick up when they arrive. We regret any inconvenience this may cause and appreciate our patrons’ cooperation in this matter.

Photography and Recording
Feel free to take photos in the lobby or of your program in the theatre. Tag us on social media at #bookitrepthtr.

We ask that you not post pictures of the set on social media as it is the intellectual property of the designer. Photography and recording during the performance are strictly prohibited.
