We are so thrilled to be making the transition from all-audio to in-person productions this season. The opportunities and creativity we found within the audio drama realm have been surprising and invigorating, but we can’t wait to get back into a room with you!
For our 32nd season of plays, we are presenting two Audio Dramas and three In-Person Mainstage shows. See below for the list of titles and links to more information on each.
Our first two productions are Audio Dramas this season. Zen and the Art of an Android Beatdown is a short story and will have one download available that contains the entire story start to finish. The Three Musketeers is a longer book presented in two parts, that will be released over two weeks. You will be able to stream or download each title starting on its release date (click below to read about each title) and until June 30, 2022.
Beginning in January 2022, we welcome you back to the Center Theatre in the historic Seattle Center Armory for three in-person shows: Beowulf, Mrs. Caliban, and The Bonesetter’s Daughter.
For these in-person productions, please note that to ensure we keep up-to-date with health and safety protocols, all seating will be General Admission this season. You will not be able to choose your specific seat in advance. However, please, let us know if you have an accessibility need, and we will do our best to accommodate that.

Everyone loves a deal! We offer the following discounts to help keep our work accessible to all:
Theatre Puget Sound (TPS) and Actors’ Equity Association (AEA)
Members can buy tickets for $20. These may be purchased on the day of the show, as available, at the Box Office window. You must show a valid TPS or AEA card to receive the discounted rate. Subject to availability.
Best available seats one half-hour before curtain for $10.
Pay What You Can
The Audio Drama Pay-What-You-Can production for the 2021-2022 season is The Three Musketeers. These tickets are available as soon as single tickets go on sale and can be purchased as long as the title is available to stream or download.
Our In-Person Pay-What-You-Can previews are generally held on the Wednesday evening preceding Opening Night (please view our calendar or call our Box Office at 206.216.0833 to confirm). Suggested donation: $10 per ticket, with a limit of four per person. Tickets go on sale starting at noon the day of the performance—in person or by phone. Cash is preferred for at-the-door purchases. Credit or debit cards may be used but require a minimum $10 purchase.
If you are buying 8 or more adult tickets to a single show you can receive 10% discount. Read more about Group Sales or call the Box Office at 206.216.0833.
13-19-year-olds who are members of TeenTix get $5 tickets to any in-person production. Click here for more info and to apply. Tickets available in-person only, at the Box Office window, one hour before the show. Subject to availability.
Need to exchange tickets?
Free ticket exchanges are an exclusive benefit to season subscribers (exchanges for same production only; up to two free exchanges per show; $5 charged per ticket when exceeding two exchanges).
Single ticket orders may be exchanged for $5 per ticket. All sales are final; no refunds.
Exchanges must be made 24 hours in advance of the scheduled performance by phone (206.216.0833) or by email (email@example.com). Please be prepared with two alternate dates when making your exchange. Exchanges are good for the same production season only. If emailing us, please include your phone number so the box office can reach you promptly if complications arise in processing your exchange.
Of course, if you can’t make a show, you can give your tickets to a friend to introduce someone new to Book-It, or you can donate your tickets back to Book-It and receive a full-value tax donation. Did you know there is a 47% gap between income from ticket sales and the cost of the many programs we provide to inspire people of all ages to read? Income from the resale of donated tickets helps us to close that income gap and supports our programs.
Should a public health or natural disaster require you to exchange your ticket, please call the box office to arrange this. If there is a natural disaster or public health emergency that requires us to cancel our in-person productions, we will refund the cost of those tickets, or you can donate them to the theatre.
ANY teenager (13-19 years old) can sign up for a free TeenTix pass. The pass entitles teens to purchase $5 day-of-show tickets at any of their 75 partner organizations. Tickets are subject to availability and may be purchased with cash only. Call the Box Office at 206.216.0833 to check availability ahead of time.
After registering at the TeenTix website, you will receive a TeenTix keychain that you can present at our Box Office one hour before curtain to any of our mainstage shows. You will be asked to show your keychain and proof of age with each visit.
