Book-It shows are the hottest ticket in town—our shows regularly sell out, so being a subscriber is the best way to ensure that you won’t be left out in the cold. And the 10% savings over single ticket prices allows you to see ground-breaking theatre at a very reasonable price.
Subscribe on the phone or by mail.

Free Ticket Exchange
We know schedules change. That’s why we make it painless for subscribers to exchange tickets from one performance date to another of the same production (up to two exchanges per patron, upgrade charges may apply; additional exchanges will be charged a service fee of $5.00). We cannot accommodate exchanges between productions. You must exchange your tickets at least 24 HOURS prior to the date of your ticketed performance. Tickets cannot be exchanged or refunded, nor can we give you a tax deductible donation form once the performance date has passed.
Here’s how to make your exchange:
WE CANNOT MAKE EXCHANGES BY EMAIL with so many variables of dates and seating; it’s much more efficient for our box office staff to handle exchanges by the following methods:
BY PHONE: Call 206.216.0833. Have at least two optional dates in mind when you call.
BY MAIL: Send your unused tickets, with your name, and the two optional dates for your exchange to:
Book-It Box Office: Ticket Exchange
305 Harrison Street
Seattle, WA 98109
Again, we ask that patrons do not make exchange requests via email. You may choose to have your new tickets emailed to you or held under your name at will-call for pick-up on the evening of the performance.
Can’t Use Your Tickets?
If you can’t make an alternate date, we suggest two options:
• Give your tickets to a friend—introduce someone new to Book-It!
• Donate your unused tickets back to Book-It and receive a full-value tax deduction. Call the box office by 5pm the day of the performance and we’ll send you a donation form for the full value of your tickets.
Oops! Missed your performance?
Bring your unused ticket with you on another night you wish to attend and you’ll get a free stand-by ticket.
Subscribers pay only the basic price, save money on all tickets throughout the run, and pay no service charge when buying additional tickets (price chart on page 7).
The $5 service fee is waived on additional single ticket purchases to main stage or Family Fun Day performances.
See the “Partner Establishments” tab above for a list participating companies.
Reserved seating for the Novel Workshop Series. Subscribers are first to be seated when attending Financial Lives of the Poets (performed at the Jones Playhouse).
Before we make special announcements to the public (like winning the 2012 Governor’s Arts Award or our new series Circumbendibus) we want our family—you—to know first. Provide us with your e-mail address* and you’ll always be in the know.
When you provide your email address*, you’ll receive a reminder prior to your scheduled performance with traffic and parking information and special announcements that can make your trip to the theatre smoother.
*Providing your email address saves Book-It valuable resources. No paper, no printing, no folding, no postage. We never trade or sell our email addresses, and promise not to inundate your inbox. But should snow fall or power fail, you’ll have the information you need.
Subscribers and Donors receive a Book-It VIP ID card that entitles you to special discounts at our Partner Establishments.
